We had an amazing time in Penny pod! From the moment we enquired, through to booking and questions and our stay Emily was exceptionally helpful. We were quite severely delayed in getting down owing to traffic and accidents; however, this was not a problem. Emily came to greet us at the gate and show us to Penny pod. From the welcome sign and all the little extras, the pod was comfortable, homely, clean and very relaxing. The pods have all the facilities you need (mini fridge, microwave, hot water, wet room, table and chairs, cutlery, plates, kettle, toaster, comfortable bed and sofa). The outdoor space for each pod extends the available space and includes a chiminea, patio tables and chairs. The chiminea was superb, we had complimentary logs and kindling - we had a great BBQ breakfast and a lovely curry for tea too.

The site is amazing and very well cared for, fabulous walks, a games room and even board games and extra kindling/wood and charcoal (based on an honesty payment). It was an amazing place to come and get away from the world and unwind for a couple of days. Emily and Hamish have a great site, are really well organised and incredibly welcoming. We will definitely be back again!
